Refund & Returns Policy

At PizzaBox Studios, all our merchandise is made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom created just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll work with Printful to resolve it—either through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Please note:

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for size issues, so double-check sizing guides before placing your order.

  • Items must be returned only if requested after reporting an eligible issue (damage, misprint, or manufacturing fault).

  • Shipping times may vary as items are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided.
