Refund & Returns Policy – PizzaBox Studios
At PizzaBox Studios, all our products are custom-made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is created just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will work with Printful to resolve it—either through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

We do not offer refunds or returns for sizing issues, so please carefully review the sizing guide before placing your order.
Items must only be returned if requested after reporting an eligible issue such as damage, misprint, or manufacturing defect.
Shipping times may vary as items are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
